2009, The coffee splodge, Öl auf Leinwand, 60cm*50cm

Ursprung zu diesem Bild war ein Kaffeefleck, der durch ein Missgeschick auf der Tischdecke eines gepflegten
Hotels entstanden war. Da mich seine Form interessierte, fotografierte ich ihn und malte zu Haus in ihm und um ihn
herum lauter Unsinn. Es war eben ein Experiment.

This picture comes from a coffee splodge, which had resulted from a misfortune on the tablecloth of a civilized hotel.
Since its form had interested me, I photographed it and painted at house in it and around it poor nonsense. It was just
an experiment.
